Laura O'Donnell, has been appointed VP and general counsel for GE Healthcare. O’Donnell joined GE in 2009 and has held a series of leadership roles in GE Healthcare including general counsel for Global Services & Privacy and chief compliance counsel. Prior to GE, she served as chief compliance officer at Zimmer Holdings USA and was a partner at Faegre, Baker & Daniels.
TangramCare Co-Founder and CEO To Step Down From Allscripts’ Board
Anita V. Pramoda, 40, a member of the board of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, will not stand for re-election when her term expires at the company's 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Pramoda is a Co-Founder of TangramCare and serves as its CEO. She serves as an Executive Advisor of Technology Crossover Ventures.
Press Ganey Holdings Announces Board Appointments

Driscoll and John Glaser, PhD have been appointed to its board of directors. Driscoll is CEO and a member of the board of directors of Care Centrix.

HMS Holdings Announces Couple of Executive Appointments
HMS Holdings, the provider of the broadest range of cost containment solutions in the healthcare industry to help payers improve performance, named Meredith Bjorck as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and David Alexander as VP, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. Bjorck joins the company from Tuesday Morning Corporation, where she served as SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for establishing its first legal department.
Alexander joins HMS from Alcon Laboratories, where he served as Head, US and Canada Integrity and Compliance, and Director of Global Integrity & Compliance, Pharmaceuticals.

Evolent Health Elects Michael D'Amato as Director

Castlight Health Announces Resignation of SAP Exec from Board
S. Steven Singh, 54, a member of the Board of healthcare information company Castlight Health, resigns from the Board. Singh is leaving the Board to focus on his expanded commitments to SAP SE, where he is Head of The Business Network Group & Member of Executive Board. He joined SAP as part of SAP s acquisition of Concur in December 2014. He has been CEO of Concur Technologies since 1996 and its Chairman since 1999.

Greenway Health Announces CEO Changes
Greenway Health, the vendor for Healthcare IT and revenue cycle services, named Scott Zimmerman its new CEO. Zimmerman succeeds Tee Green, co-founder and former CEO of the company, will remain in a full-time role as executive chairman. Prior to joining the company, Zimmerman was president of TeleVox. He has also held positions at Merck, Boston Scientific and GE Healthcare.
Sharecare Appoints its First EVP of Enterprise and Board Member
Health and wellness engagement platform Sharecare has appointed health industry veterans Howard Gruverman and Ken Goulet to scale the company's rapidly growing employer business. With nearly 30 years serving the benefits industry and a focus on healthcare delivery systems, Gruverman has been appointed Sharecare's first EVP of enterprise; and Goulet will apply his more than 35 years of experience growing and leading large health plan organizations on Sharecare's board of directors. To join Sharecare, Gruverman departs Wells Fargo as its SVP of national accounts.

Millennium Health Appoints its Chairman and Former EDS CEO to Combined Chair/CEO Roles

Healthwise Appoints Former Exec as New CEO
The Healthwise board of directors named Robert (Bob) Kyte to be the next CEO of the health content and patient education solutions company. Kyte will succeed founder and CEO Donald W. Kemper upon his retirement. Kyte returns to Healthwise after spending the last six years as president of the nonprofit Adventist Risk Management. He was also president and CEO of GENCON Insurance Company, an affiliate of Adventist Risk Management.
