Infosys Promotes Exec to Head Its Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) Arm
Infosys has appointed new head for its cloud, infrastructure and security (CIS) arm. Narsimha Rao Mannepalli, SVP and Head of Hyderabad Center, has been tasked with heading the CIS division. One of the challenges ahead for Mannepalli will be to scale Infosys's IMS practice.

Equinix announced that it has appointed Mike Campbell as Chief Sales Officer. Campbell joined company in 2015 as SVP of Sales, with more than 30 years of experience managing global teams and working within respected technology companies, including NCR, UUNET, CompuServe, MCI and WorldCom.
Citrix Appoints Asia Pacific and Japan Region Sales Exec from Software AG
Citrix appointed Stanimira Koleva as Group VP of Sales and Services for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Most recently, Koleva was the SVP and COO, for APJ at Software AG, a leading large enterprise software company where she was responsible for the business in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
ServiceNow’s Chief Product Officer to Retire
Frederic Luddy notified ServiceNow of his intention to retire as Chief Product Officer prior to the end of 2016. Luddy will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors, and he intends to continue to serve in an advisory capacity to the company.
Akamai Technologies Appoints Former Sprint CEO as Board Member
Akamai Technologies elected Daniel R. Hesse, 62, to the company board of directors. In addition to his almost seven years as President and CEO of Sprint, Hesse has also served as Chairman and CEO of Embarq. Previously, he was Chairman, President and CEO of Terabeam.
Monique Bonner was appointed as CMO and SVP. Prior to Akamai, Bonner held several global leadership roles at Dell, most recently serving as VP of Global Digital, Technology and Innovation with a focus on optimizing marketing operations effectiveness. Bonner served on the Ad Council's Board of Directors and Conference Board'sCouncil for Brand Management.
Splunk Looks for a CMO
Steven Sommer informed Splunk that he intends to transition from the position of SVP and CMO of the company and retire from the company. The company intends to immediately begin a search for a new CMO.
Square’s General Counsel Changes
Dana R. Wagner, the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Square, notified the company of his intention to resign from his position as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary prior to the end of the third quarter of 2016. The company's current Associate General Counsels, Sydney Schaub and Sivan Whiteley, have been appointed to serve as acting Co-General Counsels.
Yelp COO Replaced
Geoff Donaker resigns as COO but continues on Board of Yelp, the global leader in crowd-sourced reviews for local businesses. Jed Nachman who joined Yelp in 2007 to lead the company’s sales team became COO, after serving as Yelp’s Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Revenue.
Ellie Mae Appoints Chief Architect for Cloud Solution Offering
Ellie Mae announced that Michael Keselman has joined the company as Chief Architect. He will be responsible for directing the architecture of Ellie Mae’s complete cloud solution offering and will drive the evolution and design of Ellie Mae’s open industry cloud platform. Prior to joining the company, Keselman worked at Visa as the Chief Architect for merchant and acquirer processing. Prior to his work at Visa, Keselman was the CTO at Stanford Hospital and Clinics where he was responsible for managing architecture, software development, integration and infrastructure for the hospital.
Paycom Appoints Director from Legal Space
Paycom Software, the leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, appointed Larry Parman, president and CEO of Parman & Easterday, to board, replacing Conner Mulvee, who tendered his resignation.
Parman founded Parman & Easterday, a law firm, in 1985. Today, he serves on the board of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce and the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs. From November 2013 to January 2015, he served as Secretary of Commerce for the State of Oklahoma and executive director of the Oklahoma Commerce Department after fulfilling his duties as the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
GoDaddy Announces Senior Management Changes
Ray Winborne has joined GoDaddy as its new CFO. Winborne, a 20-year corporate finance veteran, assumes the role from Scott Wagner, who is stepping into the new role of GoDaddy President and COO. Winborne most recently served as CFO for First Data.
Wagner has held GoDaddy's dual COO/CFO role since 2013, when Blake Irving joined GoDaddy as CEO. Wagner was previously an executive with Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts when KKR invested in GoDaddy.
Tech Data Appoints Leader for StreamOne Suite of Cloud Marketplace and Integration Technologies
Tech Data appointed Bob Kruger to VP, StreamOne. In this role, Kruger will lead the scope, platform development, and support functions for Tech Data’s StreamOne suite of cloud marketplace and integration technologies, which power the company’s Cloud Solutions Store. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Apakau. Previously, he served as SVP, Engineering at DNN. Kruger’s career also includes senior executive roles at NDCHealth, Citrix Systems, and BMC Software following a successful career of more than 10 years at Microsoft.
Sophos Appoints CIO from GoPro
Sophos announced the appointment of Tony Young as its CIO. Young joins the company from GoPro, where he served as CIO. Prior to GoPro, Young was SVP for Cloud and Subscription Sales at Informatica, where he was responsible for growing Informatica's global cloud business. During his career at Informatica, Young also served as CIO and as the executive director of North Asia, based in China.
Kinaxis Appoints Director with Experience in the Financial Services Sector
Cloud-based supply chain solutions firm Kinaxis appointed Jill Denham to its Board of Directors. Among her past roles, Denham was Vice Chair at CIBC Retail Markets, and a Director of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Prior, she had responsibility for the European business of CIBC and before that she was President, Merchant Banking. She was also a member of the Task Force on the Future of Securities Regulation in Canada. Denham is currently a director of several companies, including National Bank of Canada as well as the Chair of the Board of Morneau Shepell.
CommerceHub Sees Board and Leadership Changes
Liberty Interactive Corporation completed its previously announced spin-off of its former wholly-owned subsidiary CommerceHub, the provider of hosted integration, drop ship fulfillment, and product content management for multi-channel e-commerce merchants. In connection with the closing of the Spin-Off, Gregory B. Maffei resigned from the Company's board of directors. Mark Cattini, David Goldhill, Chad Hollingsworth, Michael Huseby, Brian Wendling, Betsy Morgan, Francis Poore and Luis Ubi were appointed to the board of directors of the company.
Eric Best, Chief Strategy Officer of CommerceHub, also resigned from the company.
