ADP Appoints Former Deputy Head of Mission at the Office of the Quartet as a New Director
Automatic Data Processing appointed Sandra S. Wijnberg as a new director of the company. From July 2014 to December 2015, Wijnberg was Deputy Head of Mission, Office of the Quartet Representative, which is charged with implementing the Palestinian economic development agenda of the Quartet (the United Nations, the United States, the European Union and Russia.) Prior to that, she was a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer of Aquiline Holdings, SVP and CFO at Marsh & McLennan Companies, and held various positions at YUM! Payments Technology Executive Joins Molson Coors Brewing Company's Board
Molson Coors Brewing Company announced that payments technology executive Betty DeVita has joined its board of directors. DeVita is the chief commercial officer, Commerce Platform, at Mastercard, focused on expanding adoption of the company's digital solutions. Prior to her current role, DeVita served as president of Mastercard Canada.

Maxim Integrated Products elected MaryAnn Wright and Tracy Accardi to its Board of Directors. Wright serves as Group VP, Technology and Industry Relations at Johnson Controls. Before joining Johnson Controls, Wright was EVP of Engineering, Product Development, Commercial and Program Management at Collins & Aikman Corporation from 2006-2007. Prior to that, she served in several executive management positions at Ford Motor Company during her tenure from 1988-2005.
Accardi has served as VP of Global Research and Development, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions at Hologic since 2014, where she leads development of screening, diagnostic and biopsy systems for the detection and treatment of breast cancer. Previously, she was CTO at Omniguide Surgical from 2012 to 2014, and Executive Consultant at Mednest Consulting from 2011 to 2012, after having held senior R&D positions at Covidien, Johnson & Johnson, and Philips Medical Systems.
QBE Insurance Appoints Non-Executive Director with FinTech Experience
QBE Insurance Group Limited appointed Kathryn (Kathy) Lisson as a Non-Executive Director. Lisson recently retired as a partner of Ernst & Young. In this role, Lisson was responsible for EY's FinTech implementation in the insurance sector in Canada, combining new customer analytic insight analytics, contactless payments, monitoring technology and fraud detection with policy, claims and underwriting systems offered as cloud or SAAS solutions. Until 2011, Lisson was Chief Operating Officer for QBE European Operations in London with responsibility for claims, technology and operation support functions.
Seagate Technology Director Resigns; Former Logitech CFO
Kris Onken, 66, notified the Board of Directors of Seagate Technology plc that she will retire from the Board, and will not stand for re-election at the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders. Onken served as SVP of Finance and the CFO of Logitech from 1999 to 2006.
CSC Goes Through Board Changes
CSC has named Lizabeth H. Zlatkus to the company's board of directors. Zlatkus previously worked for 28 years at The Hartford Financial Services Group, including as CFO and chief risk officer, as well as co-president of The Hartford Life Insurance Cos.

Playtech Appoints Director With Expertise in eGaming and Technology Law and Regulation
Gambling software company Playtech appointed Claire Milne as an independent Non-Executive Director. Claire joins the Board as a recognised industry expert with 20 years' experience advising gaming and financial services clients as an in-house and private practice lawyer. Michele Coleman Mayes is VP, General Counsel and Secretary for the New York Public Library. She joined NYPL in August 2012 after serving as EVP and General Counsel for Allstate Insurance Company since 2007.

Former NBCUniversal Cable Exec Joins GoPro Board
GoPro, the wearable-camera maker looking to transform itself into a media company, has named former NBCUniversal cable executive Lauren Zalaznick to its board, the first woman to join GoPro’s board. Zalaznick, who exited NBCU in 2013 after 12 years, had been the president of Bravo, building the cabler into a reality-TV powerhouse. Currently, Zalaznick also serves on the boards of Nielsen, Shazam and Penguin Random House.
Bank of Cyprus Public Company Appoints Hyperion CIO as Director
The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company appointed Lyn Grobler as a Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors. Grobler was appointed Group CIO of Hyperion Insurance Group in 2016 and she is currently a member of Hyperion's Group Executive Committee. Prior to this Grobler was at BP for 16 years, holding a variety of different roles across IT and global trading, exiting as VP & CIO, Corporate Functions.
