Apple Hires Former Time Warner Cable Exec Peter Stern as VP, Cloud Services
Peter SternApple hired former Time Warner Cable executive Peter Stern, 44, as VP, Cloud Services, which includes the technology company’s subscription offerings. Stern left TWC as EVP and Chief Product, People and Strategy Officer, earlier this year after it was bought by rival cable company Charter Communications.
Prior to his most recent role at TWC, he was EVP and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, joining the company in 2004 as EVP, Product Management.
Before that, Stern worked in strategy at the cable operator’s former parent Time Warner Inc. Prior to that, he was a consultant with McKinsey.
