Alibaba Health Information Technology Announces Retirement of Executive Director and Executive Vice Chairman
Alibaba Health IT announced that Chen Xiao Ying, 53, retired from office as an executive Director and the executive vice chairman of the company. Ying has been the Executive Chairman at the Pollon Group, a private investment group, since 1989. Chen served as the CEO of Alibaba Health Information Technology Limited 2014.
Inovalon Appoints Former Accenture CEO and Chair as Board Member

Orion Health, the global healthcare platform advancing integration, population health management and precision medicine solutions, appointed Ronald Andrews as an independent director. Andrews has close to 30 years in governance and executive roles in the US Clinical and Molecular Diagnostics industry. He has extensive experience working with the US government in Washington and speaks regularly to industry groups. He served as the President of the Genetic Science Division for Thermo Fisher Scientific until December 2014.
Castlight Health Makes Board and Leadership Changes
Castlight Health, the health benefits platform that simplifies strategic healthcare management for employers and their employees, reported that technology industry leader Kenny Van Zant has joined its Board of Directors. Most recently, Kenny Van Zant was the Head of Business at Asana, the creator of cloud-based SaaS project management tools, where he led all business functions, including sales, marketing, customer support and finance.
Bryan Roberts, PhD, co-founder of Castlight and general partner at Venrock, remains Castlight's Chairman of the Board.
Castlight Health hired veteran technologist Neeraj Gupta as SVP of engineering. Neeraj brings more than 20 years of software engineering experience. Before joining Castlight, he was SVP for product and engineering at Apcera. Prior to that, he was SVP for product and engineering at Appcelerator.
Cogstate Announces Company Secretary Changes
Leading cognitive science company Cogstate named Cindy Tilley as acting Company Secretary. Cindy recently joined Cogstate to replace Abby Moore as acting Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Adherium Announces Multiple Leadership Changes
New Zealand based digital health technology company Adherium named Thomas Lynch new Chairman, and Dr. Doug Wilson as Adherium's executive Medical Director. Lynch serves as a non-executive director of GW Pharma.
Dr. Wilson is stepping down from the board, moving to a part-time executive role as Adherium's Medical Director, where he will work closely with the management team to assist in steering the Company's clinical development and strategic path for the next phase of growth.

Kennedy Jr. departed from his position as SVP, Administration, Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. Certive Solutions, that provides revenue cycle management solutions to the U.S. health care market, hired Brian Diver as its COO. Most recently, Diver served as the Managing Director of Instant Technology, and was responsible for expanding their staffing and service business.
Michael Groeger joined the company as VP of sales. Groeger comes to Certive from United Healthcare having spent the last eight years as the National Director of Private Equity Distribution of Commercial Products.
