Paul J. Walsh, Dell’s CIO, is leaving the company. Scott Pittman, who had been leading Dell’s IT infrastructure services, was named interim CIO while the company looks for a permanent replacement.

Lenovo, China - $46.3B, April 2016
Lenovo's chief of technology Peter Hortensius will entirely take up his new role, heading technology and strategy for the firms new Data Center Group, while previous CTO and present head of Lenovo Capital and Investment Group (LCIG) George He will become acting CTO while the firm looks for a permanent leader in that designation.

UBS AG, Switzerland - $31.9B, March 2016        
Global CIO of UBS Oliver Bussmann resigns. New COO Axel Lehmann will act as head of IT until a replacement is named.

Schneider Electric (Americas), Massachusetts - $27.2B, July 2015   
Schneider Electric is seeking a CISO, Americas, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an enterprise-wide information risk security/privacy program while ensuring tight linkage with the overall corporate strategy.

Goldman Sachs, New York - $26.45B, May 2016
Goldman Sachs Group announced that Lance Braunstein has left Group as MD and global head of investment banking technology.

Greg Toczydlowski leaves the role of EVP and President, Small Commercial, Business Insurance Technology and Operations, to become President of Business Insurance

Facebook, California- $17.93B, May 2016
Facebook is searching for a new CIO. Tim Campos, the company’s current CIO, is leaving at the end of the year to start a new company.

TE Connectivity, Switzerland - $14.26B, October 2015  
EVP and CTO, Robert Shaddock, is retiring from the Company effective late in 2016.

Biogen, Massachusetts - $9.7B, June 2016
After just over a year in the position, Biogen CIO Matt Griffiths is no longer with the company. Biogen plans to fill the CIO position. In the meantime, Mr. Griffiths’ organization reports to Adriana Andi Karaboutis, Biogen’s EVP of technology, business solutions and corporate affairs.

Ameriprise Financial, Minnesota - $9.1B, May 2015     
Ameriprise Financial is currently seeking a CISO.

Medibank, Australia - $4.48B, May 2016
Medibank Private Limited announced the resignation of Sarah Harland, EGM Technology & Operations. Sarah has accepted a senior appointment within the Suncorp Group.

Tesla Motors, California - $3.5B, March 2016
Jay Vijayan has left his job as the CIO at Tesla Motors to begin working on a stealth startup. Tesla Motors confirmed Mr. Vijayan’s departure, but it would not say whether it has yet found a permanent replacement.

Unisys, Pennsylvania - $3.01B, July 2016
Unisys is seeking a CISO. The CISO is responsible for setting and maintaining the internal IT security direction for Unisys.

Teradata Labs, California - $2.53B, July 2016
Teradata Labs is looking for a CTO to join the Unified Data Architecture (UDA) Platform Technologies team.

hhgregg, Indiana - $2.00B, March 2016
On March 23, 2016, Trent Taylor resigned from hhgregg as CIO to pursue other opportunities.

Jack Henry & Associates, Missouri - $1.3B, September 2015  
Jack Henry & Associates is currently seeking a CISO who will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, design and implementation of enterprise-level information security initiatives and programs.

Corbion, Noord-Holland - $948.4M, September 2015      
Corbion has announced that Mr. Sven Thormählen, CTO and member of the company's board of management, is stepping down as board member and will leave the company. His tasks and responsibilities as CTO will temporarily be covered by the CEO of the company.

Lumber Liquidators, Virginia - $978.80M, March 2016
On March 2, 2016, Charles A. Schwartz, the CIO and SVP, business development, of Lumber Liquidators Holdings notified the company that he is resigning, effective March 16, 2016, in order to pursue another opportunity.

Morningstar, Illinois - $783.6M, November 2015 
Greg Goff, Morningstar's CTO, has decided to leave the firm effective December 4, 2015 to join Uptake Technologies.

MicroStrategy, Virginia - $579.8M, June 2015    
MicroStrategy seeks a CISO, who will establish and develop global information security management programs for our internal systems and customer offerings

Town Sports International Holdings, New York - $442M, September 2015  
On September 11, 2015, the employment of Paul Barron, CIO of Town Sports International Holdings, was terminated without cause. Mr. Barron will receive severance payments and benefits as set forth in the Amended and Restated Executive Severance Agreement, dated February 25, 2015.

TeleCommunication Systems, Maryland - $364.1M, November 2015 
TeleCommunication Systems announced the termination of Mr. Drew A. Morin, SVP and CTO of the company on October 28, 2015.

ShoreTel,  California - $360.9M, May 2016
Pankaj Malhotra, the CTO of ShoreTel announced that he would be leaving the Company, effective June 30, 2016, on mutually agreeable terms. The company hasn’t announced any replacement yet.

Ruckus Wireless, California - $326.9M, June 2015        
William Bill Kish is leaving his position as CTO of Ruckus Wireless, to pursue new interests, and has stepped down as a member of the Board of Directors. The company has launched a search for a new CTO who will fuel the next wave of innovation.

StarTek, Colorado - $252.7M, October 2015       
Kamalesh Dwivedi, the company's CIO, separated from the company effective October 14, 2015.

inContact, Utah - $222.0M, April 2016
On April 15, 2016, inContact reached an agreement with Julian Critchfield, EVP and CTO, for his separation from service with the Company.

Philex Mining, Philippines - $187.7M, December 2015    
Philex Mining Corp. announced the resignation of RAYMUND BRETT C. MEDEL as VP and CIO, with effective from January 31, 2016.

LogMeIn, Massachusetts - $166.3M, November 2014     
LogMeIn is seeking a CISO to serve as a subject matter expert and leader reporting into the CTO.  The CISO will lead a global team of four and be responsible for the security of LogMeIn’s suite of award winning software products (including secure development), product delivery (NOC), security features of our products (security design), internal infrastructure (development environment), and 3rd party services (CRM’s, etc).

Xunlei Limited, China - $164M, November 2015 
Xunlei Limited's board of directors has appointed Mr. Lei Chen, the Company's CTO, as Co-CEO. Simultaneously, Mr. Chen resigned as Xunlei's CTO, a post he has held since joining the company in November 2014.

Mastech Holdings, Pennsylvania - $123.50M, March 2016
On March 11, 2016, Denis D. Deet ceased to be VP of Technology and CIO of Mastech Holdings.

Spar Group, New York - $119.3M, April 2016
SPAR Group announced that its CIO, Panos Mastrogiannis will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, effective May 6, 2016.

Cartesian, Kansas - $80.6M, June 2016
Cartesian announced the termination of employment to Jim Baker, the Company's CTO and CIO and a named
executive officer.

Kresta Holdings, Australia - $69.9M, April 2016
Albert Xu has resigned as CIO, a role he has filled since June 2014.

Spark Networks, California - $55M, October 2015        
Spark Networks announced that resignation of Gregory J. Franchina as a CIO, delivered a notice of resignation to the Company indicating that he intended to resign from the Company effective as of November 14, 2015. The Company intends to replace Mr. Franchina and has initiated the process of recruiting qualified candidates.

CSB Bancorp , Ohio - $24.5M, February 2016     
CSB Bancorp  announced that Steven R. Bailey, EVP, COO and CIO of the company and its wholly owned affiliate The Commercial & Savings Bank, notified the company that he will be retiring and resigning his positions with the Companies, effective March 4, 2016.

Diadexus, California - $18.10M, March 2016
Diadexus announced that Dr.  Emilia Zychlinksy, EVP and Chief Technical Officer, notified the company on March 14, 2016, that she is resigning effective as of April 1, 2016. She will continue in that role until the effective date of her resignation.

NMI Holdings, California - $7.1M, January 2015  
Stan Pachura, EVP and CIO, leaves. Pachura's current duties and responsibilities will be assumed by existing members of the Company's management team, until a replacement is chosen.

Uni-Pixel, California - $2.87M, January 2016
On December 28, 2015, Robert Petcavich, the SVP and CTO of Uni-Pixel, Inc, tendered to the company his resignation for personal reasons, effective as of December 31, 2015. Mr. Petcavich will continue to provide services to the company as a consultant.

B-Scada, Florida - $1.8M, April 2016
B-Scada announced that Joshua Weeks, CTO, resigned his position effective April 1, 2016.

SPYR, Colorado - $1.6M, April 2016
SPYR announced that effective March 31, 2016, Mark McGarrity, the Company's CIO, resigned his position with the company.

CannaSys, Colorado - $0.08M, March 2016
Brandon C.  Jennewine resigned from his position as CTO. Mr. Jennewine remains on the board of directors.

Activistic Holdings, Australia, November 2015

Mr. Tsai will remain with the company and assume the position of vice chairman of Himax Technology Limited. Mr. Tsai has transferred his duties to designated company-wide functional business segment leaders who will report directly to CEO and President Jordan Wu.

Lori Beer succeeds Mark Ashton-Rigby as CIO for corporate and investment banking. She remains managing director of global technology, overseeing banking operations, including investment banking and treasury services. Her predecessor, Mark Ashton-Rigby, is leaving for Barclays Plc.
 
United Technologies, Connecticut, $56.1B, June 2016
United Technologies appointed Vince Campisi as SVP, Digital, and CIO. He succeeds Nancy Davis, who will retire at the end of 2016, concluding a 37-year career at UTC. Campisi most recently served as COO for GE Digital, where he was responsible for cybersecurity, business and cloud operations.
 
American International Group, New York, $54.0B, June 2016
American International Group announced that Michael Lewis will join AIG as Chief Digital Officer. Most recently, Mr. Lewis served as global CTO, Digital for the consumer businesses at JPMorgan Chase.
 
Accenture, Ireland, $32.3B, June 2016
Accenture announced Kelly Bissell is joining the company to lead Accenture Security. Bissell brings extensive knowledge of the cyber security landscape and comes to Accenture from Deloitte & Touche, where he headed up global Cyber Risk for the firm.
 
Mizuho Financial Group, Japan, $24.8B, June 2016
Mizuho named Christopher Nam as Managing Director and Head of Internet and Digital Media Investment Banking for its North American banking business. Nam joins Mizuho from Credit Suisse, where he advised companies including Alibaba, Lyft, Zalando, King Digital, Box, MINDBODY and Rocket Fuel as Director of Internet Investment Banking.
 
The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, United Kingdom, $18.9B, July 2016
RBS has appointed Punit Sood as the Head of Technology for its Global Hub in India. Sood previously worked at JP Morgan Chase.
 
The Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada, $18.3B, June 2016
Scotiabank announced that it has appointed Silicon Valley technology leader Shawn Rose to the newly created position of EVP, Digital Banking.
 
CBRE Group, California, $11.7B, June 2016
CBRE Group announced that Chandra Dhandapani has been named the company’s Chief Digital & Technology Officer. Ms. Dhandapani, a longtime technology executive at Capital One Financial Corporation, will join CBRE in mid-July, and will be the company’s most senior technology leader.
 
Vmware, California, $6.7B, June 2016Dirk Hohndel
VMware appointed Dirk Hohndel as VP and Chief Open Source Officer. Before joining VMware, Hohndel spent nearly 15 years as Intel's Chief Linux and Open Source Technologist, guiding Intel's engagements in open source. Prior to his work at Intel, he served as CTO of SuSE and Unix Architect of Deutsche Bank.

Bosch exec Stefan Kampmann, 52, will assume the newly created role of CTO of Osram.
 
CA, New York, $4.0B, July 2016
CA Technologies announced that Surya Panditi has been named General Manager of its India Technology Center. Before joining CA, Panditi held leadership positions at several startups, including CEO of AirGrub, Advisor to StageOne Ventures and Advisor at Rasa Networks, acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
 
Lincoln Electric Holdings, Ohio, $2.4B, July 2016
The Lincoln Electric Company has promoted Michele Kuhrt to EVP and CIO. Kuhrt joined Lincoln Electric in 1997 as Director of Taxes and in 2006 was elected as a Company Officer and SVP, Tax with responsibility for Lincoln Electric's global tax matters and the US payroll shared services center.
 
Leshi Internet Information & Technology, China, $2.4B, July 2016
Leshi Internet Information & Technology has hired Jaiteerth Patwari from Qualcomm to head research and development at its online retail store LeMall.

Pat Davis has been announced as the VP of Business Technology and CIO at BCLC. Davis has been with the corporation since April 2003. He has been Interim VP and CIO since April 2016.
 
Brocade, California, $2.2B, June 2016
Brocade appointed Paddy McDermott as Director of Infrastructure Analytics for Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). Most recently, McDermott spent five years as principal architect and senior solutions consultant at Virtual Instruments.
 
South Carolina Public Service Authority, South Carolina, $1.9B, June 2016
South Carolina Public Service Authority announced that Dom Maddalone has been named CIO and SVP of information systems at Santee Cooper. Maddalone previously served as Probuild's CTO and VP of IT infrastructure.
 
Starz, Colorado, $1.7B, June 2016
