HDFC Bank Appoints Former CTO of Aadhaar as Board Member
India based HDFC Bank appointed Srikanth Nadhamuni as Director on the Board of the Bank. Nadhamuni has been appointed as a Director having expertise in the field of IT. He was the CTO of Aadhaar (UID authority of India) during 2009-2012 and is currently chairman of Novopay Solutions.
Tech Entrepreneur Joins Board of Intercontinental Exchange 
Thomas E. Noonan
Intercontinental Exchange reported that Thomas E. Noonan, 55, has joined its Board of Directors. Noonan is an entrepreneur who has started and sold companies focused on technology and cyber security, including Internet Security Systems, and is a General Partner of TechOperators. He served as the Senior Director and General Manager of Energywise solutions for Cisco Systems from July 2013 until November 2015.

HealthEquity, the non-bank health savings trustee, appointed Adrian T. Dillon, 62, to the Company’s Board. Footwear retailer DSW named Joanne Zaiac as an independent director. Zaiac currently serves as COO of DigitasLBi North America, a Publicis Groupe unit and global marketing and technology agency. She brings over 30 years of experience in brand, digital, social and mobile marketing at several Fortune 500 brands. Zaiac joined DigitasLBi in 1999.
