Cisco Systems appointed Amy L. Chang, 49, CEO and Founder of Accompany, to its Board. Chang founded Accompany in 2013, a relationship intelligence platform company. Prior, Chang was with Google from 2005 to 2012, most recently serving as Global Head of Product, Google Ads Measurement and Reporting. Prior to Google, she held product management and strategy positions at eBay and served as a consultant with McKinsey, specializing in semiconductors, software and services.
Qualcomm Named Ann M. Livermore to its Board
Qualcomm appointed Ann M. Livermore to its board of directors. With her nearly 30 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP), Livermore brings extensive experience in senior leadership positions, and broad knowledge and experience in the areas of technology, business management, marketing, sales, and research and development. Livermore was formerly an EVP at Hewlett-Packard, where from 2004 until June 14, 2011 she led the HP Enterprise Business business unit of HP.
First Data Appoints Co-CEO at Lebenthal as Board Member
First Data Corporation appointed Barbara A. Yastine as Board of Directors. Yastine most recently served as a director and Co-CEO at Lebenthal Holdings. Prior to Yastine’s most recent role at Lebenthal Holdings, she served as Chair, President, and CEO of Ally Bank from 2012 to 2015. She also previously held the role of Chief Administrative Officer of Ally Financial. In addition Yastine is also a member of the Board of Primerica.
Halma Appoints Its Group Talent Director to Board

Halma, a group of technology companies that makes products for hazard detection and life protection, appointed Jennifer Ward as a Director of the Company. Ward was appointed as Halma's first Group Talent Director and member of the Executive Board in March 2014. Prior to joining Halma, Jennifer spent over 15 years leading Talent and Organisational Development for divisions of PayPal (an eBay company), Bank of America and Honeywell.
Rightmove Appoints Sage Group Exec as Non-Executive Director
UK's largest online real estate portal and property website Rightmove appointed Jacqueline de Rojas as a non-executive director. Jacqueline holds a full time position as EVP of Northern Europe for The Sage Group plc and is a Non-Executive Director of tech UK, where she serves as President. She has worked in the software, technology and digital sectors since 1984 holding executive roles with digital and enterprise sales-focused businesses including Citrix Systems, CA Technologies, McAfee and Business Objects amongst others.
Just Eat Appoints P&G’s CMO for Northern Europe to its Board
Roisin Donnelly, who spent 31 years with Procter & Gamble and rose to be CMO for Northern Europe, joined the board of Just Eat, the online food ordering company. Donnelly, 54, had been P&G's brand director for Northern Europe since July 2014. She oversaw marketing for all P&G brands in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Before that she spent 14 years leading the P&G marketing department for the UK and Ireland. She was marketing director for P&G's Prestige Fragrance division for North America and Latin America from 1996 to 1999, and marketing director for P&G's former Max Factor cosmetics brand in the UK from 1991 to 1993.

Former Apple and Motorola Exec Rita Lane Joins Sanmina’s Board of Directors
Global electronics manufacturing services provider Sanmina named Rita Lane to the Company's Board of Directors. Lane has over 30 years of experience in building and hardware operations and supply chain teams in the Americas, Asia and Europe for Fortune 100 companies. She is currently the Principal at Hajime, a supply chain advisor for start-up companies. Lane was previously with Apple as VP of Operations for iPad, Mac desktop, and accessories from 2008 to 2014 and with Motorola as SVP Integrated Supply Chain /Chief Procurement Officer from 2006 to 2008.
DSW Appoints Director with Digital Experience
Footwear retailer DSW named Joanne Zaiac as an independent director. Zaiac currently serves as COO of DigitasLBi North America, a Publicis Groupe unit and global marketing and technology agency. She brings over 30 years of experience in brand, digital, social and mobile marketing at several Fortune 500 brands. Zaiac joined DigitasLBi in 1999.
